The Lawrence County Public Library and the Lawrence County Tourism Committee are excited to announce the 2016 Summer Reading Contest. This year the prize will be a “Staycation” package that highlights some of Lawrence County’s recreational activities. The program is open to students ages 12-18. The internship is volunteer only and will not be paid. Students however will earn community service hours for their service. Starting in January we are offering homeschool programs for students every Monday at 11:00 a.m.
