Board Meeting Time Change
At the regularly scheduled January 2020 Board of Trustees meeting, the trustees unanimously voted to change the regular meeting time to the second Monday of the month at 5:00 p.m.
Digital Yearbooks Now Available
The Lawrence County Public Library Genealogy Department has completed the first phase of digitizing Louisa High School and Lawrence County High School yearbooks. Years 1950-2019 (except 1995 and 1996) are complete and may be viewed in searchable PDF documents below. We will be closed to the public Monday, September 23, 2019 due to construction. All programs scheduled for that date are canceled.

We will be closed Wednesday July 10 – Friday July 12, 2019 due to construction. Free meals for children ages 18 and under still still be provided at the park beside the library, The Drop, and through outreach at regular times.

We will be closed Friday, June 14, 2019 for demolition. We will still provide free meals for children ages 18 and under at The Drop and at the library at regular times.
