The Kentucky Annual Report of Public Libraries is an online survey dedicated to collecting information detailing public library service throughout the state. Each report provides a snapshot of the library as it existed on June 30, the last day of the fiscal year. This report is annually submitted to the Kentucky Department for Libraries and Archives (KDLA). KDLA utilizes the information to report to the state and federal government as well as develop the Statistical Report of Kentucky Libraries.
